Häufige Fragen zu DSGVO READY 101

How is this course different from DSGVO READY?
DSGVO READY is the compact course (4 modules, 60 minutes) for all employees. DSGVO READY 101 is the in-depth 20-teaching-unit variant for data-protection officers and compliance specialists, with an audit trail under the v2 methodology and watchdog coupling.
What does 'watchdog-coupled' mean?
The course is connected to our monitoring system, which checks the primary sources (EUR-Lex, BfDI, EDPB, court rulings) daily for updates. Changes are reflected in the course content promptly — no outdated passages from 2019.
Audit v2 — what does that mean in practice?
Every legal claim in the course is tagged with a FACT_CHECK marker that references a concrete primary source. The Audit v2 pipeline checks programmatically against EUR-Lex and official publications — no AI self-audit.
