Module 4: Introduction to Design Thinking
- The five phases: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test
- Why the process is non-linear
Module 5: Empathize & Define
- From observation to a sharp POV
- User interviews and "How might we …?"
Module 6: Ideate — generating creative solutions
- Diverge first, then converge
- Defer judgment, go for quantity, choose bold bets
Module 7: Prototype & Test
- "Build to think" and the iteration spiral
- Watch, don't sell; good enough to decide
