AI READY was built to close a concrete market gap: the EU AI Regulation (EU AI Act) requires in Art. 4 that every company deploying AI systems ensures sufficient AI literacy among its staff. This duty is binding from 2 February 2025 for an estimated 2.5 million SMEs across the EU.
Existing options — multi-day in-person seminars, dry e-learning PDFs — don't fit the daily reality of SMEs. N.terion Consulting GmbH therefore built a platform that documents audit-ready compliance in about 90 minutes: with a real AI avatar as the trainer, a university-graded exam and an instantly issued certificate.
The certification partner is German University of Digital Science, Potsdam — a state-recognised university. The certificate is valid for 18 months and cryptographically signed for public verification.
