Eight modules from orientation through the five Design Thinking phases to applying the whole method to a real digital challenge. Accredited at MBA / EQF level 7 — also bookable without ECTS.

  • Module 1: Programme introduction & learning methods

    • Learning by doing rather than pure knowledge intake
  • Module 2: Understanding digital transformation

    • Tame vs. wicked problems
    • The iceberg: events, patterns, structures, mental models
  • Module 3: Future skills for the digital age

    • The future-skills constellation
    • Complex problem solving as the meta-skill
  • Module 4: Introduction to Design Thinking

    • The five phases: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test
    • Why the process is non-linear
  • Module 5: Empathize & Define

    • From observation to a sharp POV
    • User interviews and "How might we …?"
  • Module 6: Ideate — generating creative solutions

    • Diverge first, then converge
    • Defer judgment, go for quantity, choose bold bets
  • Module 7: Prototype & Test

    • "Build to think" and the iteration spiral
    • Watch, don't sell; good enough to decide
  • Module 8: Applying Design Thinking to digital challenges

    • The end-to-end pipeline on a real challenge
    • Transition into the module project
