  Units 13–16

  EU AI Act incl. risk classes, Art. 4 AI literacy, GDPR overlap, governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001).

  Block E — Steering, scaling and the future

  Units 17–20

  KPI systems, scaling beyond pilot purgatory, multi-year roadmaps, the future of AI-driven leadership.
